What file type do I need to supply for embroidery set up?
​Any clear file type is fine, JPG PNG and PDF are preferred. Thumbnail images are often small 
and blury and unsuitable.

I Have my own digitised embroidery file, can I send that to be used instead of getting it done again?
You can email your design to us at sales@holdyourhorses.com.au for us to see if it is a viable file for our systems, this must be an EMB file.

Do you keep our embroidery digitisation on file?
​Yes we keep your design on file for future use, you only pay a once off set up fee of $50 

How many caps do we have to order?
If choosing from our online store instock range - there is no minimum order. If you are wanting a full custom cap made from scratch, it is a minimum of 50

Can You embroider the brim on stock caps?
Unfortunately this is a full custom option only, as it has to be done before the cap is made.

Can I have a leather patch on the stock caps?
Yes we can do your logo on a leather patch, however the patches have to be ordered in lots of 100, This cost's 
$350 and we can store the patches here for ongoing orders, We will sew them onto your chosen blank caps as needed for no extra cost. 

What sizes do your caps come in? 
Our stock caps come in Youth 54 cm  Low Profile Ladies 56cm and our standard mid and high profile 58cm. Custom caps can also be ordered in an XL 53cm

I already have my file set up with another embroiderer, can we buy the blank caps?
Yes we can post your blank caps directly to another embroiderer to decorate.
